PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Due to the handmade nature of our candles and home décor items, some products may require additional processing time. Any extended processing times will be communicated at the time of purchase. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES Delivery times: Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING PACKAGING & HANDLING CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES DAMAGES Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. For damaged candles, plaster pots, trays, or decorative items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you with the claims process.
